Don Anselmo is an Aglianico del Vulture DOC wine: it represents the symbol, the history, the roots and the continuity of the Paternoster family. It is a deep, practically impenetrable ruby-red colour, it has a rounded and complex bouquet, and is dry, warm and extremely well-structured on the palate. Peck recommends a serving temperature of around 20°C as a meditation wine or accompanied by red meat dishes.
