Description| Peck's wine collection could not miss out on this Amarone by Allegrini, a grand wine that this prestigious producer has developed whilst maintaining its unique qualities. It is a well-structured, complex, elegant, velvety-smooth wine with an intense ruby-red colour, a warm and spicy bouquet with hints of distilled red fruits. It is made from autochthon Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes, that are left to dry after harvesting for a period that ranges from 3 to 4 months. Peck recommends serving this wine with traditional game dishes, braised meats and well-seasoned cheeses.
