Description
The Bettelmat is a cheese made from raw whole milk of Brown cows.
As per local custom, that goes back centuries, the Bettelmat undergoes a maturation process by a minimum of 60 days up to several years. Each shape is cylindrical, weighs about 4/6 kg, has a height of about 8 cm and a diameter of 30 cm.
Compact and smooth, pale yellow, with a smooth crust, has a sweet taste and delicate, made ??more persistent by the curing time.
