Description| Peck searches for the best possible products for its clientele, products which are the result of a passion for crafts and workmanship. Calo's Bianco del Salento Mjere is made from bush-trained and hand picked Verdeca grapes. It has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections, it has a fine, delicate bouquet with hints of pineapple and rennet apples. It is flavoursome, fresh and quite intense on the palate. The recommended serving temperature is 12°C-14°C . Peck recommends serving it with shell-fish, typical seaside recipes and savoury first courses with vegetables.
