Description| In Peck's wine cellar you can find wines that try to combine respect for traditions with modern tastes. The first Ajello vines were planted in 1960. Bizir is made from Chardonnay, Grillo and Insolia grapes; it is a warm, rich and elegant wine, characterised by delicate vanilla notes which are captured from the fermentation in barriques. It is rounded, balanced and well-structured on the palate. Peck recommends a serving temperature of 12-14°C.
