Bue Apis is made from 100% Aglianico grapes harvested from a centenary vine next to the Taburno Wine Cellar. Bue Apis has a purple red colour, it exudes hints of blackberries and blackcurrants; it is rounded and well-balanced on the palate, with a long finish of toasted coffee beans, tobacco and spices.
