Description| In the meanders of Peck's huge wine cellar there is also a Cava which brings out the utmost in any gourmet dish. Gramona's La Cava III lustros spends 5 years aging in cellars and is made from 70% Xarello 70% and 30% Macabeo grapes. It is a brilliant yellow colour with green reflections, it has an evolved nose, with smoked and toasted, mountain flowers and nutty notes that progressively leave room for hints of butter, cappuccino, balsamic aromas, dried figs and marron glacé. It is smooth on the palate with an elegant attack of vanilla Bavarian cream, pine nuts and patisserie, with hints of walnut husks, rosemary, malt, praline and dried bread.
