Description| In Peck's wine cellar you can find unique wines that tell the history of winemaking. Le Grand Vin De Château Latour is the apotheosis of the philosophy of the terroir; it is produced exclusively from grapes grown in old vineyards (some of which are centenarian) in the property surrounding the castle, the enclos. It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon (80%), Merlot (18%), Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot (2%) grapes.
