Description| The creation of a cuvée expresses the quintessence of the Roederer art of champagne making. The Brut Premier is made from Chardonnay (1/3), Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (2/3) grapes from the same year, plus 10% reserve wines aged in barriques for 2 to 5 years. The Brut Premier ages on yeast for about 3 years and represents the type of Champagne that Peck enjoys recommending to its clients to accompany aperitifs, fish starter courses and seafood.
