Description| Paillard's Brut Les Mesnil ages for 9 years in the cellar and then undergoes a very dry dosage. This Blanc de Blancs has a golden green colour and an extra-fine perlage; it exudes aromas of rare elegance with hints of citrus fruits and white peaches, almonds and hazelnuts. It is vibrant, generous and silky smooth and Peck recommends serving it throughout a meal, except with dessert. The recommended serving temperature is 8-10°C.
