barbecueGrill, barbecue and fireplace seem to be a male piority, first of all because standing up near the fire is tiring, because if the hostess wants to appear attractive, ashes are enemies of the perfect maquillage; also someone must be in the kitchen to prepare all that is needed for a perfect barbecue.
To prepare a perfect barbecue it is necessary to consider some important tips and to shop well. It's not what you grill but how it is grilled!

The best meat cuttings (fillet, steak, chicken and more) are far more tasty after having been marinated for a few hours in olive oil and fresh herbs.
Fish must be well cleaned before cooking and requires marinating for a short period so as not to become too soft.
Vegetables and cheese need cooking at lower tempertures in order not to burn, therefore generally are cooked at the corners of the grill plate. You can also mix various ingredients, for example to prepare skewers, but be careful: once placed on the grill all the ingredients should have the same cooking time.

Light the fire at least one hour before cooking: the flames must not be too high and there must be an adequate amount of white ash and charcoal.
Having excellent wood is a plus, use ash - and oak wood for cooking meet and pear or cherry wood for fish; otherwise an excellent quality charcoal without chemical additives is acceptable.

Remember to follow the indiscutable kings of barbecue: the americans! The charcoal must have twice the volume of the ingredients to be cooked. Finally when the heat has reached the perfect temperature carefully brush the grill and lightely oil with olive oil.
