Peck’s Cream Spreads

Peck’s cream spreads are dedicated to all those people who can’t do without a sweet treat, whether at breakfast or as a snack, and who are at risk of being caught with their spoon in the jar in a moment of weakness!These hazelnut or marron chestnut-based spreads are delicious on bread, and also perfect as a pre-prepared ingredient in the making and filling of other desserts. They are all produced exclusively either with hazelnuts from the Piedmont region which are the geographically protected (PGI), variety called “Tonda Gentile delle Langhe”, or with a very high percentage of real marron chestnuts from Cuneo. The result is a high-quality product, which has a pronounced yet, delicate flavour, with an intense perfume which doesn’t resort to artificial aromas. The same hazelnut cream is available in coffee flavour. This more “adult” flavour is obtained by adding a quantity of pure Arabic coffee.The marron chestnut cream is a high-quality spread with an intense vanilla perfume: the cream came about as a way of utilizing the chestnuts which were accidentally broken during the marron glacé-making process.
