The “Riserva Famiglia” is a small production quite separate from the classic Peck Franciacorta sparkling wine. It is a Blanc de Blanc which is the result of a skilled mix of Chardonnay and white Pinot grapes. At the moment of degorgement, after 36 months of refining on the yeast, the wine reveals its character and unmasks its complexity. It is a clean, direct, lively, elegant sparkling wine with a refined bouquet. It is a prime example of the “savoir faire” of the master winemakers and the taste of the Stoppani family, who didn’t want it sweetened so that it can reveal all its freshness and liveliness.
