Description| In Peck's wine cellar you can find unique wines that tell the history of Italian winemaking. Angelo Gaja revolutionised the wine making methods in Piedmont from the 1960's onwards. This wine is produced at the Costa Russi vineyard in the Barbaresco district and is potency and elegance are also seen in examples from more recent years. Like all Gaja wines it has the prerogative of being a longevity wine. Peck recommends serving it with meat dishes and seasoned cheeses.
