Description| In Peck's wine cellar you can find unique wines that tell the history of winemaking. The Romans already appreciated the Côte-Rôtie wines. Chapoutier's Mordorée is made from Syrah grapes grown in the old vineyards that guarantee the concentration of the aromas; it is refined in barrels for 14-18 months and can be aged for up to 20 years. Peck recommends serving it with feathered game dishes such as pheasant and duck.
