Hawaiian black sea salt from from Molokai Island 110 g
This black sea salt originates on the Molokai island, in the Hawaiian archipelago. Here, the coarse grain of salt processed by local artisans are enriched with volcanic lava minerals and activated carbon, which give them the characteristic black colour and a dry, slightly sulphuric taste. Excellent on salmon, caviar and grilled meat.
