Extra virgin olive oil Affiorato stems from the patient hand-harvesting of oil naturally surfaced after cold-pressing. Since it does not undergo any extraction pressure and due to the non-separation between the pit and the pulp, this oil is rich and full-bodied, with an intense scent of olive. Its structure makes it perfect to season delicate dishes, from steamed fish to white meat.

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil (100%). Superior category oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Product of Italy.
