Description| Montenisa Brut is produced from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and a small amount of Pinot Noir grapes. Peck appreciates its marvellous yellow colour with golden reflections, and the abundant small and persistent bead foam. The fermentation with yeasts exalts its intense perfume with white peach and apple and hints of toasted bread.
