Description| This Bellavista Rosé is a vintage Grand Cuvée with a classic delicate rose colour that. Over time, takes on marvellous red onion skin coloured reflections. It is produced in limited numbers and is the result of the blend of at least 15 of the most prestigious vines at the vineyard, some of which are processed using the small barrique method. The grapes used are : 55% Pinot Noir and the remainder 45% Chardonnay. The perfume is intense with reminiscence of wild strawberries, orange peel, golden delicious apples and rosehip, with hints of toasted bread and banana. It has a dry, fresh and well-balanced taste.
