Guado al Tasso 2001 75 cl. Antinori
Description| Antinori's finest wines occupy a most important place in Peck's wine cellar. Guado al Tasso is a Bolgheri DOC Superiore, produced from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Syrah and other varieties of red grapes. This wine takes its name from a most curious circumstance: at Tenuta Guado al Tasso, located in Maremma, it is possible to observe badgers (tasso) crossing the fords (gaudo) of local streams and rivers. Guado al Tasso was produced for the very first time in 1990: a ruby-red wine with an extremely intense fruity bouquet, with cherries and redcurrants, and toasted hints of coffee and plain dark chocolate. It is marvellously structured and complex; it is well-balanced, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. | | | Country | Italia | | Region | Toscana | | Content | 75 cl. | | Gross Weight | 1.5 Kg | | Net Weight | 1.5 Kg | | Produced by | Antinori | | Type | Vino rosso | | Year | 2001 | | Shipping in Japan | Yes | | Shipping in USA | No | | Shipping in China | Yes |
