Guatemala produces Arabica which is washed and not particularly robust, and serves 3.6% of demand worldwide. Among the various types of Arabica produced here, Maragogype has a most spectacular appearance as it is the largest coffee bean that exists. Peck recommends Guatemala Maragogype with medium toasting for a rounded taste and a delicate acidity level, for breakfast and morning coffee.
