| Peck's wine collection could not miss out on a wonderful Ruinart Rosé wine, with its sublime pinky-golden colour, characterised by a large percentage of Chardonnay. It has a fine and fresh fragrance, dominated by cherry and red berry aromas, especially wild strawberries and raspberries; it has a good complex nose with not excessively evolved primary aromas. It is immediately very fresh and well-balanced on the palate: it is a most elegant, fine, smooth, rounded and textured Champagne, with luscious fruity notes. Peck recommends serving it cooled, but never ice cold, at a temperature of 8°-10°C. |
