| Peck presents a champagne to its clients which is ideal for serving as an aperitif, Philipponat Royal Reserve After three and a half years ageing with yeasts, it acquires a marvellous maturity whilst remaining fresh, and its remarkable body makes it ideal for serving with cold meats, white meats and fish. The Pinot Noir grapes give it an intense golden colour with amber reflections, it perfumes of vine flowers, lime blossom and lightly toasted bread, followed by hints of red fruits, citrus and honey. It is rounded, fruity, well-structured and persistent on the palate, with a marvellous biscuit flavoured finish. Peck recommends this wine for its ability to age and evolve over time. Serve cooled but not on ice, at a temperature of 8°. |
