Description| The Franciacorta Rosé produced by Cavalleri is a fine example of the return of rosé wines. It is made from 70% Chardonnay grapes and 30% Pinot Noir grapes; it remains in contact with the yeasts for a minimum of 48 months and the rémuage is done entirely by hand. 2 dégorgement are performed during the year, one in Spring and one in Autumn where liqueur d?expédition is added consisting in old vintage wines aged in barriques and dosed to Brut level. 20% of the base is fermented and aged in barriques.
