Arbis Bianco is made from Tocai Friulano, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon grapes, in variable percentages according to the year.Arbis means "herbs" in the Friuli dialect and rightly the wine has a nose of wild flowers and aromatic herbs, with hints of acacia honey. It is structured and concentrated, buttery and mineral on the palate. Peck recommends serving it with "light" dishes, such as fish and shell-fish.
