Description| Peck is always searching for that extra touch of excellence. Château Rieussec is one of the most renowned Sauternes. It is produced from 95% Sémillon, 2% Muscadelle and 3% Sauvignon 3%; it ages in oak barrels for 18-26 months according to the year (but it is not produced every year). The year 2000 was distinguished by an exceptionally small harvest. Peck recommends Château Rieussec 2000 for its delicious, well balanced sweet flavour.
