Barolo Bussia 2003 75 cl. Parusso
Description| In Peck's wine cellar you can find wines that try to combine respect for traditions with modern tastes. Bussia's Barolo is made from Nebbiolo grapes; it ages in small oak casks for 24 months and is then refined in bottles for a further 12 months. It has a deep ruby-red garnet colour, with a rich bouquet of red fruits, roses and humus, combined with spicy and menthol notes. It is intense on the palate, rich in mature and noble tannins. Peck recommends serving it at 16°C with hearty red meat dishes, game and truffle dishes and seasoned cheeses.
