The Culatello of Zibello is produced exclusively in the following municipalities: Busseto, Polesine Parmense, Zibello, Soragna, Roccabianca, San Secondo, Sissa, Colorno. In June 2010, has been recognized by the MIPAAF (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry). Peck selects the best Culatello of Zibello thanks to centuries-old experience of our master butchers.
