Take 2 squares of Peck’s dark chocolate, melt them in a coffee cup (in the microwave or over a pan of hot water) then cover the inside of the cup with the chocolate and remove the excess with a teaspoon. Pour some strong coffee into the cup and cover with fresh, whipped cream; dribble in the left-over spoonful of melted chocolate.
