Frantoio Galantino has been operating in the oil sector since the beginning of the 1900's and produces extra virgin olive oil from the area north of Bari, with particular attention to correct ripening times. Careful selection, washing and crushing of the olives with stone grinders, the pressing and the cold centrifugation help to enhance the flavour and fragrance of the oil that is limpid or slightly cloudy, green with golden reflections, with a distinct perfume of olives with herbal notes. Affiorato Galantino is fruity, with an after-taste of artichokes and almonds.
