Description| One of the best oils selected by Peck, Ornellaia is the extra virgin olive oil par excellence . It is obtained from the pressing of hand picked olives which are delivered daily to the mill, taking all necessary precautions to prevent oxidation and obtain an oil with a very low acidity level. It has an intense golden yellow colour with light green reflections, it has a most harmonious fragrance with hints of dried fruit; it is slightly bitter and spicy on the palate which balances out leaving wonderful hints of vegetables.
