Outsider by Arnaldi Caprai confirms the exceptional qualities of a terroir such as Montefalco using 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Outsider was produced for the first time in the year 2000, with a relatively low number of bottles and the intent to create a wine which ages particularly well. Outsider ages for 18 months in barriques, it is ruby-red and exudes concentrated aromas of red fruits and graphite. Peck recommends this item to those who appreciate potent wines which are intense on the palate.
