Shipping

Delivery takes place approximately 5 to 8 days after the order is despatched. Shipping takes place from Monday to Thursday for orders including perishable goods. For orders of non-perishable shipping can also be on a Friday. The complete price of your order will be based on: the price of the goods; the destination; the total weight of the goods ordered. The precise delivery day will depend on the destination and on the goods ordered.

Consumer protection and refunds

All of our products are covered by guarantee for defect or imperfection. Any such defect must be brought to our attention by sending a registered letter to T-Buy S.r.l. (address above) within 10 days of receipt of the product. At Peck.it's discretion the product will be either replaced at our expense by an equivalent product or the customer will be reimbursed in full for the product. All our customers have the right to recede from the contract according to article 5 of the D.L 22 May 1999, n. 185. This Act allows for the return of the product, within 10 days of receipt of the product and by registered post to T-Buy S.r.l. in order to obtain the replacement of the product by another or the refund of the amount paid. The only expenses to be paid are those for delivery. The right to a refund is applicable only to goods which have not been tampered with and cannot be extended to products which by their very nature cannot be returned or risk rapid change or deterioration.

Peck follows the strict procedures required by the EU directive 95/46/UE (encompassed in Italy by the law known as D.L. 30/06/2003 n.196) for the treatment and storage of your personal data and for the protection of the consumer regarding online contracts, covered by the directive 97/7/CE (in Italy the D.L. 22/05/1999, n.185).
