Description| Peck has always been a key reference point for its selection of quality products. Sechwan pepper comes from the South West of China. The corns are a reddy-brown colour and have a slightly bitter taste with hints of flowers and aromatic wood. It is not very strong, but if used in large quantities it can actually numb the tongue slightly for a while. Peck always recommends using pepper corns which are then milled when required, as this will preserve their organoleptic qualities intact.
