Petrus 1993 75 cl.
Description| In Peck's wine cellar you will find the top names of international wine world. Château Petrus is a wine that proved its true value for the first time when it won the gold medal prize at the Paris Exhibition in 1878. The Petrus vineyard grows 95% Merlot on rather clayey terroir; the vines are all around 45 years old and the parcels are replanted on a rotation basis every 70 years. The grapes are picked in the afternoon so that even the morning dew cannot dilute the concentration of their juice. Petrus ages for 22-28 months in new oak barrels, previously washed so that they don't impinge on the wine too much. At the end of an extremely meticulous production process, Petrus becomes a truly unique Bordeaux wine and one of the most famous in the world. Peck recommends it to those wishing to savour a wine that can practically be chewed, and reveals exceptional aromas with every taken sip | | | Country | Francia | | Region | Bordeaux Pomerol | | Content | 75 cl. | | Gross Weight | 1.5 Kg | | Net Weight | 1.5 Kg | | Produced by | Petrus | | Type | Vino rosso | | Year | 1993 | | Shipping in Japan | Yes | | Shipping in USA | No | | Shipping in China | Yes |
