Description| In Peck's wine cellar you can find unique wines that tell the history of Italian winemaking. Scapà is the result of a further evolution of the Recioto di Soave production process and is made from grapes which undergo a long drying period which can last up to 8 months. Filippi's Scapà has an amber glow, it has a complex nose with the characteristic hints of raisins and nuts; it is very well-structured on the palate, it is dry, persistent, with a good level of acidity and substantial alcohol content (it can exceed 18°). Peck recommends serving this wine with seasoned cheeses or chocolate.
