Curtefranca is a Terre Franciacorta White DOC wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes. It was first created by Ca' del Bosco, in 1972, and is a brilliant straw-yellow colour with green reflections; it exudes a heady bouquet of fresh and fragrant fruits such as apples, pears and apricots, and ripe fruits mixed with hints of tropical fruits (pineapple, pink grapefruit and a touch of bitter orange). It is fragrant, fresh, fruity and above all exotic on the palate, with hints of citrus fruits that are blended by a good level of acidity which makes this wine dynamic and vibrant.
