Its shape and characteristics are similar to Asiago's.
It is obtained from cow milk, and has a slightly ocellated granulose paste.
The salted taste, increasing by the maturation in the cellars, makes it a tasty cheese which can also be grated in order to provide main courses with a delightfully spicy taste.
