The Matari, Sanani and Hodeidah varieties of Mocha, one of the most classical coffees in the world, are cultivated on the irrigated hills in Yemen, exposed to a hot dry climate. The taste is most characteristic, intriguing, rounded and full-bodied, despite the rather ugly and irregular look of the coffee beans.
