A symbol par excellence of Easter, Peck's colomba is made using solely genuine raw materials processed with passion and respect for the tradition. Stone ground wheat flour with wheat germ, vanilla from Madagascar, italian acacia honey and diced candied italian orange peel are the ingredients of this soft dough characterised by a long and patient leavening, enriched with the classic sugar glaze and almonds on the surface. A perfect gift idea to celebrate Easter in good company.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (GLUTEN), candied orange peels 23% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, icing cover 11% (sugar, rehydrated EGG white, ALMOND flour 10,5%, rice flour, sunflower oil, natural flavour, salt, cocoa powder), BUTTER, water, pasteurised EGG yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour (GLUTEN), water), ALMONDS 3%, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, italian honey 1%, cocoa butter, whole sea salt, whole MILK powder, natural flavours, natural vanilla flavor . May contain SOY, MUSTARD, LUPINS and other NUTS. Without preservatives and colourings.
