With their thick and porous texture, as required by tradition,they blend perfectly with the classic Bolognese ragout, but their full-bodied structure allows them to be dressed even in just butter and sage.
Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, pasteurized EGGS 33%. Country of wheat cultivation and milling: Italy. May contain traces of molluscs, soy and mustard.
