Lamon kidney-beans 500 g
Beans of the Lamon variety are small and round, easily identifiable by means of the peculiar purple stripings. Considered the best among borlotti (kidney beans), the thin skin and tender pulp make it the ideal protagonist of a traditional pasta with beans. Excellent if used to prepare soups and savoury pies. It is recommended to soak them for 8/12 hours before proceeding to cooking.
Ingredients: Italian Borlotti Lamon beans. May contain traces of CEREALS containing gluten and SOY.
Store in a cool and dry place. Cooking time: 60/75 minutes.
