Chickpeas 500 g
Chickpeas of the Sultano variety are characterised by small size, thin peel and a bright straw-yellow colour. Grown in the Central Apennines, around Macerata, chickpeas by Sala Cereali are particularly suited for preparing soups, side dishes and as an accompaniment to stewed meat. It is recommended to soak them for 8/12 hours before proceeding to cooking.
Ingredients: Italian Sultano chickpeas. May contain traces of CEREALS containing gluten and SOY.
Store in a cool and dry place. Cooking time: 40 minutes.
