Ingredients: NATURALLY LEAVENED OVEN BAKED CAKE Ingredients: WHEAT flour with stone ground WHEAT germ (25%) [WHEAT flour, stone ground WHEAT germ (1% which corresponds to 0,2% of total ingredients)], butter (MILK), raisins (14%), sugar, candied orange peels (10%) [orange peels (66% which corresponds to 6,6% of total ingredients), glucose syrup, sugar, cane sugar (3% which corresponds to 0,3% of total ingredients)], fresh EGG yolks, natural yeast (WHEAT), rehydrated whole MILK, acacia honey from Tuscany (1%), emulsifiers: E471, salt, natural flavours (0,07%), natural vanilla flavour (0,03%). May contain traces of nuts and soya.
Store away from moisture and direct heating sources. For a better tasting, please place the Panettone next to a heating source an hour before consumption. Use a notched blade knife to cut it.
