Parmigiano Reggiano cream with truffle 190 g
A soft cream combining two great specialties of the Italian culinary tradition: the vbest Parmigiano Reggiano and black truffle. Ideal to dress short or stuffed pasta and risotto, this cream with a delicate and yet intense flavour is also great for guarnishing canapés and vol-au-vent, for an aperitif under the heading of good taste.
Ingredients: Cream (MILK), PDO Parmigiano Reggiano (MILK) 31%, MILK, butter (MILK), Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 2%, corn starch, flavour.
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keet at +4°C and consume within 3 days.
