A preserve that makes you rediscover the distinctive slightly sour aftertaste of red radicchio from Treviso PGI anytime. Crunchy leaves preserved in oil, ideal for enriching pasta sauces, accompanying main courses of meat or to create tasteful and variedstarters.
Ingredients: late red radicchio, high oleic sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar (SULPHITES), sugar, salt
Store in a cool place. After opening keep at +4°C and consume within 5 days.
