Sundried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil 200 g
A fanciful idea for an appetizer with a Mediterranean flavour, for an aperitif with friends or to enrich salads and bruschettas. This lively preserve is obtained throught the selection of the healthiest tomatoes, picked once they reach peak ripeness and slowly dried in the sun, later immersed in high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Try them to juice up a good plate of spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper.
Ingredients: sundried tomatoes 60%, extra virgin olive oil 39%, salt.
Store in a cool place. After opening keep at +4°C, covering with extra virgin olive oil.
