Pure summer truffle paste 90g
A delicious cream obtained from the grinding of the best summer black truffles (Tuber festival Vittal) carefully selected. Perfect if used on its own to season first courses, especially of fresh egg pasta; it can also be diluted and paired with other kinds of seasoning, such as extra virgin olive oil, to accompany meat and fished based dishes. For a fancy aperitif or starter, try to spread a thin layer on canapés or sandwiches.
Ingredients: Black truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), sunflower oil, salt, flavouring.
Store in a cool and dry place place. After opening keep between 0 and +4°C.
