Arrabbiata sauce 180 g
This ready-made sauce is produced using only tomatoes picked at the right stage of ripening, extra virgin olive oil and the right dose of chilli pepper. The perfect dressing to spice up a good plate of penne, according to tradition; add it to the pasta "al dente" and let cook for a few minutes: the result shall satisfy even the most demanding palates. And for a winning dish, pair it to a sprinkling of grated cheese, even better if of baked ricotta!
Ingredients: tomato* pulp 75%, onions, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, garlic, chilli, parsley. *Only italian tomato. May contain wheat, celery, fish and molluscs.
Store in a cool place. After opening keep at +4°C and consume within 5 days.
