Our laboratory is one of high-level craft, where “handmade” plays a preeminent role. Our raw materials are processed by our expert staff, Peck’s team, and are reinterpreted by the creativity of our kitchens’ protagonist.
Our services include the shop, three restaurants – Al Peck, Piccolo Peck and Peck CityLife – a catering service, customised gift sets and home delivery.
Our team consists of more than a hundred people, a group bound by team spirit and passion for their work, both behind the scenes, in the production labs, and directly dealing with the customers. Our fellow workers are our most valuable asset: drawing upon the deep knowledge of raw materials and processing techniques, with their experience and professionalism they are ready to guide you, to advise you on all your choices, and to fulfil your every request.
In the past few years, the company has embarked on a global reach project, aimed at being present in the major international capitals. An effort to pass our boundaries and to let the world know about the Italian taste of the “well made”; all without ever losing sight of the indisputable quality of raw materials and end products, which is our trademark.
Moreover, as a social commitment, Peck has chosen to promote rare artisanal specialities, made by small producers often overlooked by large retailers.
